1. Acceptance
By using this website, contacting us, or paying for any service or product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Shipping Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us.
2. Our services
We provide content production (video shoots), video editing, social media management, and online courses and digital products. The exact scope, deliverables, number of videos, timelines and price for each client are confirmed in writing (by quote, invoice, email or WhatsApp) before any payment.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) for clients in India and may be quoted in US Dollars (USD) for international clients. Monthly packages are paid in advance. One-off projects require a 50% advance, with the balance due on delivery. Payments are collected by Mr SmX Studios through Razorpay Software Private Limited or bank transfer. We do not see or store your card details, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. Work starts after the payment is received.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback, access to locations for shoots, and the raw footage, logos and brand assets we need. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any material you send us. Delays in your feedback or materials may move delivery dates.
5. Revisions
Each edited video includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within 7 days of delivery, unless your package says otherwise. Changes to the agreed script or concept after approval, or extra revisions, may be charged separately after we tell you the cost.
6. Shoot scheduling
Shoot dates are booked on payment of the advance. You can reschedule once free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less notice, or a no-show, may use up the booked shoot day.
7. Ownership and usage rights
After full payment, you own the final delivered videos and may use them for your business on any platform. Raw footage, project files and templates remain with Mr SmX Studios unless agreed in writing. We may show finished work in our portfolio and social media unless you ask us not to in writing.
8. Courses and digital products
Courses and digital products are for your personal use only. You may not share, resell or redistribute them. Product-specific terms are shown on each product page.
9. Results
We work to make content that performs, but views, followers, leads and sales depend on many factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee specific results. Figures on this website describe our past work and are not a promise.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The latest version and its date are always on this page. Changes do not affect work already paid for.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dhubri, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue.
