Payment terms

  • Monthly packages are billed in advance at the start of each month.
  • Single shoots and one-off projects require 50% advance to book and the balance on delivery.
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless the invoice shows otherwise. Travel outside Guwahati may be charged at actual cost, agreed in advance.
  • Payments are collected by Mr SmX Studios through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or bank transfer, against an invoice in the name of Mr SmX Studios.
  • Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
