1. Data we collect
- Information you give us: name, business name, email, phone number and the messages, footage and files you send us.
- Payment information: processed by Razorpay. We receive your name, email, phone, amount, payment ID and status. We never receive your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
- Website data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser and pages viewed, collected by our hosting provider and any analytics we use.
2. How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and deliver our services and products
- To issue invoices and process payments and refunds
- To provide support
- To send updates or offers only where you agreed, with an option to stop
- To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax duties
3. Your files and footage
Footage and brand files you send us are used only to deliver your project. They are stored in our cloud drives and are not shared with anyone except team members working on your project.
4. Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business, such as Razorpay (payments), Google (email and file storage), WhatsApp (messaging) and our hosting provider, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Storage and security
We use reasonable security measures and keep data only as long as needed for the project or as required by law.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing mrsmxstudios@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
